Should users upload any audio that they do not own the copyright to, Musidex LTD bears no responsibility for any legal action that the true copyright holders may take. Musidex LTD will not represent any user in court and will not pay any legal fees that the user may encounter regarding any copyright cases.
Musidex LTD. reserves the right to cancel users accounts should copyright infringement be brought to our attention.
The user understands that any shared playlists will expose their audio and music to other parties. Musidex LTD bears no responsibility to any copyright infringement cases which may be brought about due to the user making their uploaded content public.
Content
User agrees not to upload any content that is deemed illegal or use the service for anything deemed illegal in the United Kingdom.
User agrees that Musidex Ltd. acts as a host to all audio uploaded and does not monitor the assets uploaded to the service. Musidex Ltd. claims no responsibility for any copyright infringement cases.
Should any indemnity cases arise from the use of the service, Musidex Ltd. bears no financial or legal responsibility for such cases.
